Have
you ever had dinner almost done and reached for the rolls to pop into
the oven at the last minute only to realize rolls were one thing on
your grocery list that you forgot to buy? Fortunately, I have an
easy roll recipe that I have turned to on such occasions. The recipe
uses staple ingredients that you should have on hand in the kitchen,
and the rolls are simple and quick to prepare. With a baking time of
only ten minutes, these piping hot rolls will be ready to serve with
dinner before you can finish setting the table.

HISTORY 101
Can you remember a time when we have had so much rain? It has been
quite a while. This past week and weekend was another wet time in the
country.
I had to be in Charleston, South Carolina for the weekend for Erin’s
Graduation so I went over early to try to get in a little time on the
beach for some reading, writing and relaxing. The weather didn’t
cooperate at all and I never set foot on said beach.
The wind, rain and clouds stayed with me from the time I left my place
Tuesday morning until I returned late Sunday. It was not a good week to
be outdoors for sure.
I decided to try and make the best of it since I was there so I
pretended my Tahoe was my Bike and I got on the roads and went
exploring.
